PRACTICE IS THE BEST OF ALL INSTRUCTIONS!
We have Beginners Yoga and Power Yoga, with times throughout the week in the morning and the afternoon. Classes teach modifications for positions to fit each individual.
BEGINNERS YOGA: Low intensity. Emphasizes on techniques, balance, stability, and flexibility. Recommended for first time Yoga attendees and beginners.
POWER YOGA: High intensity. Emphasizes strength and endurance throughout positions. Recommended for intermediate and advanced students.
Classes at Plano Yoga with Carlos are taught in the spirit of Ashtanga Yoga, with elements of the Iyengar, Jois, and Desikachar approaches.
Classes are tailored to meet the needs of all students, so they may get the most benefits from each class as possible.
